Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership

    • Full accountability for the P&L of the CBG MVNO department, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
    • Define and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with StarHubs corporate objectives.

Strategy Planning & Market Positioning

    • Lead long-term strategic planning for MVNO and wholesale business, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and scenario planning.
    • Identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and regulatory shifts to proactively position StarHub for sustained advantage.
    • Translate strategic insights into actionable roadmaps, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.

Team Management & Development

    • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of product managers, operations managers, and commercial managers.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and results.

Partnership & Contract Management

    • Oversee all MVNO and wholesale contracts, working closely with legal counsel to safeguard StarHubs interests.
    • Serve as the single point of contact (SPC) for partner escalations, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.

Business Planning & Financial Governance

    • Drive roadmap planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reviews in collaboration with Finance Advocates.
    • Present updates, secure approvals, and manage escalations with VP and StarHub Senior Management.

Growth & Market Expansion

    • Identify and pursue new wholesale opportunities to expand market presence and generate incremental revenue.
    • Lead negotiations with MVNO and wholesale prospects to secure competitive, value-driven deals.

Product & Operational Excellence

    • Guide wholesale product development teams to design, launch, and optimize new products and system features.
    • Oversee operations personnel to resolve daily issues, ensuring business continuity and superior customer experience.
    • Establish, streamline, and optimize MVNO and wholesale processes for efficiency and scalability.

Commercial & Promotional Activities

    • Support product enhancements and promotional initiatives with MVNO partners, balancing market competitiveness with StarHubs KPIs.
    • Secure finance and management approvals to ensure smooth execution without market disruption.

Vendor & Ecosystem Management

    • Manage strategic vendor relationships, including MVNE partners, SIM card suppliers, and technology vendors.
    • Ensure vendor performance aligns with StarHubs operational and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Strategy, Finance, or Technology Management would be an advantage.

Experience

1015 years of relevant experience in telecom, digital services, MVNO, wholesale, mobile, enterprise connectivity, or related technology sectors.

At least 5 years in a leadership role managing commercial strategy, partnerships, product, wholesale, or business operations.

Proven experience with P&L ownership, revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.

Strong understanding of the mobile telecom value chain, including MVNO models, wholesale pricing, mobile products, network economics, SIM/eSIM, digital onboarding, billing, provisioning, and customer operations.

Experience in partner management, contract negotiation, and commercial deal structuring, preferably with MVNOs, MVNEs, enterprise partners, or wholesale customers.

Track record of leading cross-functional teams across product, operations, finance, legal, technology, and customer service.

Experience presenting to and influencing senior management / C-level stakeholders.
