NOW HIRING: JSSL Elite Coach & BG TRFC COE Coach (Hybrid Role)

JSSL Singapore, in partnership with BG Tampines Rovers FC, is recruiting a qualified and passionate coach for a hybrid full-time role. This position combines coaching responsibilities in both the JSSL Elite Academy and the BG TRFC COE programme, offering one of the most comprehensive youth coaching pathways in Singapore.

JSSL Singapore is the biggest and leading youth soccer program in Singapore, with 3 distinct and unique lines of business:

JSSL FC Singapore's largest football Academy with 1000 Local and Expatriate players training at 3 venues Island wide

JSSL National Youth Leagues 300 Singaporean teams competing across 16 boys and girls leagues and 38 Divisions with 2000 Matches every season

JSSL 7s- Asia's Largest Youth Football Tournament with 450 teams from around the world including a Boys & Girls 16s Pro Category featuring Liverpool, Barcelona, Arsenal, Spurs.As Singapore's largest youth academy and organiser of the nation's biggest youth leagues and Asia's premier youth tournament (JSSL 7s), JSSL provides an outstanding platform for coaches to grow, lead, and make meaningful impact.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• You will play a key role across both organisations and be responsible for:
• Leading one COE age-group team (U13 or U15)
• Leading one JSSL Elite team
• Delivering Elite & Soccer School training sessions
• Preparing and implementing session plans aligned with JSSL's coaching philosophy
• Supporting the development and direction of JSSL's coaching programmes
• Managing player reviews each term and mentoring players in all aspects of their football development
• Supporting internal CPD and coach education
• Assisting at JSSL events, camps, tournaments, and International School programmes
• Communicating effectively with players, parents, coaches, and stakeholders
• Upholding JSSL's Coaches Code of Conduct and contributing to a positive team culture
• Additional duties may be assigned where appropriate.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday OFF / COE Session
• Tuesday In-Office for Staff Meeting + 47pm (Lead 1 Elite Session) + COE Session
• Wednesday COE Session
• Thursday In-Office for Coaches Meeting + 47pm (Lead 1 Elite Session) + COE Session
• Friday COE Session
• Saturday COE & JSSL Training Sessions / League Games
• Sunday COE & JSSL Sessions / League Games

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum AFC/FA B Licence
• Passionate, driven, energetic
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset
• Modern coaching knowledge and the ability to perform in a high-paced environment

PACKAGE

• Full-time contract (3-month probation)
• Gross Salary: SGD $4,000
