About the Role

As the Head, Enterprise Solutions & Success, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how organisations grow their people and leadership capabilities. This is a highly impactful, end-to-end role where you will partner closely with enterprise clients to understand their challenges, design meaningful coaching and development solutions, and see them through to real outcomes.

You will sit at the intersection of strategy, relationships, anddelivery, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring a seamless andhigh-quality experience across their journey with BestOfMe.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow enterprise relationships

  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders
  • Understand their evolving challenges and ambitions
  • Drive long-term engagement, renewals, and account growth

Design solutions that truly make a difference

  • Translate client needs into thoughtful, customised coaching and leadership solutions
  • Bring together the right mix of coaches, programmes, and platform capabilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor - not just a vendor

Lead the end-to-end client journey

  • From first conversation to implementation and beyond
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and high-qualityexperiences
  • Stay close to the ground - tracking impact, feedback, and opportunities to improve
  • Prepare meaningful insights and reports post-program to help clients understand outcomes, measure impact, and inform next steps

Champion outcomes, not just activity

  • Help clients see real value - in engagement, growth, and behavioural change
  • Use insights and data to guide conversations and decisions
  • Continuously refine what great looks like for our clients

WhatWe're Looking For

  • Experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or client leadership roles (typically 7-12years)
  • Strong ability to connect the dots - from business challenges to practical solutions
  • A natural relationship builder who is credible with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, with a genuine passion for people and leadership development
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving environment
