- Technology Vision and Strategy: Developing and executing a technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and future-proofs the organization.
- Research & Development (R&D): Overseeing innovation and the development of new products, services, or internal systems to create a competitive advantage.
- Infrastructure & Architecture: Making decisions about the overarching technology infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
Job Description

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
- Ensure R&D projects align with business growth and compliance with company policy.
- Monitor KPIs and R&D budgets to assess technological performance.
- Driving innovative culture in the organization.
- Protect intellectual property, ensure quality, and manage data protection.
- Communicate technology strategy to both internal (Corporate CTO & GTO, Product Directors and Business Development) and external stakeholders (partners and investors).
Key Skills and Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Electronics or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Technology in Alternative Fuel/Electrical Sources (i.e. Hydrogen, Aluminium or Metal-Air) and Power Grid/Generation (i.e. Power Electronics/ Hybrid Architecture)
- Leadership: The ability to inspire high-performing teams and influence complex projects.
- Business Acumen: Understanding how technology drives return on investment (ROI) and customer value.
- Strategic & Visionary Thinking: The capacity to anticipate technological trends and position the company to capitalize on them.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with both technical staff and executive leadership.
