Head, Commercial -ISO Tank

Position Summary

This role sits within DP World's Marine Services (Shipping Solutions) business, leading commercial activities across the ISO Tank segment. It drives performance and growth through strong customer relationships, new business development, and market expansion initiatives. We are seeking an experienced commercial leader with deep understanding of key markets including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. The role is pivotal in executing commercial strategies, strengthening market presence, and delivering sustainable, high-impact results aligned with business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead commercial performance and business growth across the assigned markets
• Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market presence and capture new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth and retention
• Identify market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement business plans aligned with regional and global objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to deliver against KPIs and business targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address business challenges and enable commercial success

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated deep expertise in commercial or business development roles within the ISO tank or logistics industry
• Proven track record in P&L management, commercial growth, and market expansion
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make sound commercial decisions
