Job Scope:
- Manage and oversee central kitchen operations.Ensure meal quality and timely order fulfillment.
- Develop menus for customer inquiries and tender submissions.
- Create innovative dining concepts for retail outlets.
- Handle high-profile catering events and services.
- Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers.
- Prepare weekly material forecasts for purchasing.
- Establish standard costing and monitor actual costs against targets.
- Maintain top hygiene standards in kitchen operations and workplace.
- Control labor costs and enhance productivity.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
Additional Information:
- Min 10 year experience in reputable and large scale F&B or hospitality establishment.
- Excellent creativity and accoladed culinary skills
- Familiarity with local foodservice landscape - catering / dorms meal etc
