Job Description

- must be able to work independantly.

- must be able to train up new chefs

- Monitor equipment quality and order new equipment as needed

Help the restaurant determine how much food and supplies need to be ordered.

- must be able to set up new kitchen.

- must be strong enought to perform wok tossing

- Specialise in Vietnamese cuisines, including traditional dishes

- Required good culinary skill

- To know various cooking technique

- Able to apply food safety management

- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and flexible locations as we have few outlets.

- Must be able to comunicate in vietnamese as our customers most are vietnamese.

- Must be created and get new dish every month

- other ad-hoc related in the kitchen will be assign by the operations manager
