We are hiring for the postion of HEAD CHEF
Requirements:
At least 7 years experience in western cuisine
Knowledge and experience in Franco Asian Cuisine will be a plus
Able to handle supplier and inventory management
Able to conduct RnD and come up with seasonal menu inline with harvest that are imported
Able to handle staff rostering
Knowledge in Sichuan spices will be a good plus
Knowledge in urban farming will be a plus as company is geared towards sustainability and using local produce
