Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our Korean restaurant in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
. Plan menus and create new Korean dishes
. Supervise kitchen staff including cooks, assistants, and helpers
. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards
. Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety regulations
. Control food costs and manage inventory and supplies
. Train and guide kitchen staff
. Manage daily kitchen operations during service hours
. Work closely with management on menu development and procurement
Requirements:
. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Korean chef
. Strong cooking skills with knowledge of authentic Korean cuisine
. Leadership and teamwork skills
. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g. HACCP)
. Good time management and ability to work under pressure

Salary:
SGD 4,800 - 5,500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours:
9:30 AM - 9:30 PM (2-hour break)
