  • Lead overall kitchen operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Plan, develop, and execute authentic Thai menus ( la carte, set meals, specials).
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
  • Monitor food inventory, control costs, and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus and promotions.
  • Maintain good supplier relationships and oversee ordering of ingredients.
  • Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Thai restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Food hygiene and safety certification preferred.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
