We are seeking an inspiring and innovative Head Chef with a love and knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine to lead our culinary team, bring creative excellence to our menu, and drive the kitchen with both skill and heart. The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, out of the box menu development, team leadership, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional dishes. This role requires strong culinary expertise, organizational excellence, and the ability to build a collaborative kitchen environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Creativity and Creation of Menus
  • Training and Development of the kitchen team to motivate and grow team
  • Quality control of food
  • Consistency of food on a daily basis every service
  • Ordering and Cost Control of the entire kitchen
  • Scheduling of roster
  • Kitchen team payroll management and control
  • Compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety standards
  • Deliver on the brand promise

Skills:

  • Experience as Head Chef for at least 2yrs
  • Good Leadership Skills
  • Able to lead a team positively
  • High standard of Food
  • Well trained pallet for modern take on middle eastern food
