Job Description

Duties:

  • Craft and innovate menus that showcase our restaurant's unique personality
  • Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive environment
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch quality and food safety at all times
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers to source the freshest, most sustainable ingredients
  • Keep a keen eye on food costs while never compromising on taste or presentation
  • Mentor and train staff to deliver consistent excellence
  • Work hand-in-hand with our service team to create memorable guest experiences
  • Embrace feedback and continuously refine our culinary offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for the next leap
  • Confident with naturally gluten-free cooking or open to mastering it
  • Solid foundations in technique, with a love for fermentation, plant-forward cooking, and open-fire elements
