Head Baker (Permanent Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Develop new bakery products and improve existing items.
• Ensure cost-effective production while maintaining quality.
• Oversee daily operations and manage inventory to avoid shortages.
• Lead and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong leadership and time management skills.

Knowledge of bakery equipment and maintenance.

Able to work permanent night shift.
