Job Description

HENRI Restaurant

Responsibilities:

Bake the items according to production schedule and get them ready in time for delivery daily.
Oversee daily bakery production including breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all bakery products.
Monitor inventory levels and order baking ingredients and supplies.
Manage production planning to meet customer demand and minimize waste.
Work closely with management on menu planning and cost control.
