Duties & Responsibilities
. Lead the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations
. Maintain high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods
. Engage in Mixing, Shaping, Baking, and Lamination processes
. Guide the production of preferments and curds with precision
. Ensure proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products
. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment
. Troubleshoot production challenges and implement process improvements
. Collaborate with office and sales team to align output with demand
. Mentor junior bakers and foster a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication
Requirements
. Proven experience in artisan bread and viennoiserie production
. Deep passion for baking and a commitment to craftsmanship
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive team culture
. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
. Humble, hardworking, and motivated to delight customers through quality products
. Ability to manage production timelines and adapt to operational needs
. Able to create new products
