Job Description

  • In-depth knowledge of wines, ability to recall and share complex information about the different type of wine, wine pairing and tasting notes.
  • Maintaining wine stocks and inventory.
  • Creating wine list and descriptions.
  • Suggesting food and wine pairing to servers and customers.
  • Recommending wines base on customer preferences.
  • Conducting wine tastings for staff, as well as training staff on wine knowledge.
  • Ensure proper presentation, pouring, handling techniques.
  • Ensure all staff is following the standards of service.
  • Ensure maintenance and updating of wine list.
  • Monthly inventory of beverages.
