Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced kitchen professional with a minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in a Chinese Restaurant's kitchen, proficient in steaming, deep drying and food preparation. As the lead in-charge, you will oversee the FoodStall's kitchen, service counter, maintain high hygiene standards, and drive sales revenue.

Requirements :
1) 35 years of hands-on experience in a Chinese kitchen
2) Proficient in steaming, deep-frying, food prep, inventory management and wastage control
3) Proven kitchen management experience
4) Able to oversee daily kitchen, service operations and drive sales targets
5) Physically fit to work in a hot & small kitchen environment in a non air-conditioned shophouse Coffeeshop
6) Able to work overtime to operate the FoodStall during business hours with a colleague.

Responsibilities :
1) Drive sales to meet monthly targets
2) Good management of kitchen and service effectively and efficiently
3) Ensure consistent quality of food served and adhere to SOPs
4) Develop and implement creative menu and promotions.
