Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Hardware Engineer, where you will innovate and enhance electronic solutions for industrial controllers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive product development and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop electronic hardware for industrial controller products, focusing on design and implementation of circuits.
Troubleshoot designs, conduct validation and compliance tests, and create comprehensive design and product documentation.
Manage existing products to improve quality, enhance features, optimize costs, and customize solutions as needed.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to define technical requirements and project deliverables.

Requirements

Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware development roles.
Proficiency in analog circuit design
Demonstrated expertise in the hardware development process, including circuit simulation, design, component de-rating, debugging, and product release.
Experience with electronic design tools such as schematic capture, PCB design, timing analysis, and signal integrity.
Strong understanding of EMC/EMI noise prevention and reduction techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with suppliers, clients, and team members.
