Handyman (Woodlands)

Job responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair works for building facilities and equipment.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical repair works.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor faults and defects.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in good condition.
• Liaise with contractors or vendors for major repair works when required.
• Support office, commercial, or site setup works including furniture installation and relocation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.

Pre-requisites:

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or handyman works preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry works.
• Able to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
