Job Summary
Perform installation, repair, servicing, and delivery of bathroom and kitchen products while supporting store operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and service bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures and electrical components to ensure proper function and safety
- Deliver goods accurately and safely to designated client locations following Singapore road routes
- Assist store personnel with daily in-store operations to maintain smooth workflow and customer service
- Carry heavy loads (up to 40 kgs) safely during deliveries and installations
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and ensure clear service delivery
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned to support team and operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess Class 3 Driving License with 1 to 2 years of driving experience to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Basin plumbing and electrical knowledge to perform installation and repair tasks effectively
- Physical fitness to carry heavy loads (40 kgs) during work activities
- Familiarity with Singapore roads to navigate delivery routes efficiently
- Ability to converse in Mandarin for customer liaison
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to read and write Chinese to communicate with associates
- Basic plumbing knowledge to support installation and repair tasks
- Experience in a related position to enhance job performance
Other Information
Working Hour:
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
