Salary: $4000 + attractive commission
Job details:
Customer Consultation & Design
- Analyze the customer's head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle.
- Provide customized design proposals before hair services
- Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments
Hair Services
- Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments
- Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures.
- Operate scalp and hair care programs
Customer Management
- Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain service records and handle customer concerns. Ensuring high service quality to improve customer satisfaction
Teamwork & Salon Operations
- Participate in internal training and education programs.
- Maintain salon service standards and brand values
- Contribution to Brand Growth
- Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots
- Develop signature services and build personal portfolios
Requirements:
- Relevant professional license or certification holder
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- 2-year contract required
- Basic English communication skills
Working Hours:
5 days a week, 9 hours per day
9.30am to 7.30pm
Training: 1 time per week 8.30am -930am
