To provide hair cutting services at the outlet(s) assigned.
To be fully responsible for the outlet(s) assigned, such as: cleanliness, skills and services, stylists attendances, daily sales, staff uniform and appearance, and ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
To assist the trainer in all training matters, such as new stylists orientation briefing, supervision and training.
To maintain and supervise outlet's staff performance standards and recommend for re-training, if necessary.
To support Team Leaders and Area Managers on MC and urgent leave staff arrangements.
To handle customer complaints and prepare customer complaint reports to superiors.
To prepare new stylist performance evaluation reports.
