Job Summary
Deliver professional hair services including cutting, washing, colouring, perming, rebonding, and treatments while consulting customers on hairstyles and hair care options in a clean, safe, and fast-paced salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional hair cutting, washing, colouring, perming, rebonding, and treatment services to meet customer needs
- Consult customers on suitable hairstyles, hair care, and treatment options to enhance their appearance and hair health
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Support daily salon operations by assisting with customer service tasks and ensuring smooth workflow
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and services to customers based on their hair condition and preferences
- Adhere to company service standards and safety procedures consistently during all salon activities
- Manage workload effectively in a fast-paced salon environment, including working on weekends and public holidays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience as a Hairstylist or Hair Stylist
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
- Strong customer service skills demonstrated by positive client interactions
- Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn new techniques and skills
