Key responsibilities
- consultation : meeting with clients to analyze hair condition & propose suitable styles or treatments.
- styling & cutting : cutting, trimming, shampooing, blow-drying, straightening & styling hair for all hair types.
- coloring & chemical services : performing hair coloring, highlights, balayage, perms & chemical hair straightening.
- maintenance & care : educating clients on & providing, scalp treatments & hair care products.
- salon sanitation : ensuring workstations are clean & tools are sterilized according to health regulations.
- sales & scheduling : managing appointments & inventories, & recommending retail products.
Required skills & qualifications
- proven work experience as a hair stylist or similar role.
- proficiency in modern hair techniques (cutting, coloring, styling).
- excellent customer service & communication skills.
- physical stamina to stand for long hours.
Work Environment
