Hairstylist / Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated, mature and detail-oriented Hair Color Assistant to join our creative team. This role is the backbone of our salon, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, high-quality experience and professional blowdry finish

Core Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Execution

• Prepare and mix color formulas accurately according to the Colorist's instructions.

• Apply gloss, toners, and base colors with precision

• Perform thorough shampoo services, including post-color treatments and scalp massages

• Execute professional blow-outs and finishes

2. Efficiency & Organization

• Maintain a clean color room and nventory management of developers, lighteners, and tubes)

• Set up and break down stations quickly between clients

• Ensure all tools-brushes, bowls, and foils-are sanitized and ready for use

3. Client Experience

• Provide a warm welcome and assist with draping and gowning guests

• Conduct initial consultations regarding hair history to assist colorist

• Educate guests on color-safe home care products and maintenance schedules

Requirements & Skills

• Prior experience required

• Color Knowledge: A solid understanding of color theory, including the color theory

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements (washing, foils, drying).

• A proactive mindset you see what needs to be done before you're asked.

• Professionalism: Polished appearance and excellent communication skills.
