Job Summary
You will deliver precision haircuts, hair colouring, and styling services while maintaining hair and scalp health. You will ensure salon cleanliness, follow policies, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform precision haircuts, hair colouring, and styling to achieve client satisfaction and meet their expectations
- Provide scalp and hair treatments, shampooing, blow-dry styling, and chemical treatments to maintain and improve hair health
- Analyse hair condition to prepare hair appropriately for styling and treatment application
- Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain salon appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation to comply with health and safety regulations
- Demonstrate professional presentation and technical skills consistently in all hairdressing tasks
- Follow salon policies and procedures to support smooth and efficient salon operations
- Adapt work schedule to include weekends and public holidays as required to meet business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience including precision haircut, hair colouring, and styling
- Proven ability to perform precision haircut, hair colouring, and styling services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client engagement and teamwork
