About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Perform professional haircuts, colouring, perming, rebonding, and hair treatments to meet client expectations
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships through effective communication and attentive service
- Support daily salon operations and assist team members to ensure smooth workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant hairdressing experience to perform core services independently
- Execute chemical hair services safely and independently
- Apply strong customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively
- Collaborate as a team player with a positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Willingness to learn and upgrade skills through on-the-job training and skill enhancement opportunities
