Headmistress Singapore is looking for Hair Therapist responsible to deliver Ayurvedic hair treatment to the customer as per Headmistresss highest standards.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times
- Follow all Standards and Procedures internally
- Ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the outlet
- Report dysfunctional equipment to branch Supervisor
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet and the treatment rooms
- Assist in all areas of the outlet as and when necessary
- Maintaining expert knowledge about company products and/or services to best help customers
- Provide quality customer support / service whenever needed
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic , and professional attitude towards customer at all times
- Communicating and coordinating with the team as necessary
- Other relevant tasks, as per assigned by Headmistress management
