Hair Stylist

On behalf of the hiring company, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join their dynamic team as a Hairstylist.

Main Responsibilities

※Customer Consultation & Design

• Analyse the customer's head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle
• Provide customized design proposals before services such as haircuts, perms, and coloring
• Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments

※Hair Services

• Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments
• Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures
• Operate scalp and hair care programs

※Customer Management

• Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships
• Maintain service records and handle customer concerns
• Ensure high service quality to improve customer satisfaction

※Teamwork & Salon Operations

• Participate in internal training and Jeducation programs
• Maintain salon service standards and brand values
• Contribution to Brand Growth
• Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots
• Develop signature services and build personal portfolios

※Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant professional license or certification holder

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
• 2-year contract required
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Basic English communication skills
