HAIR STYLIST

Job Description

• Performs hair style consultation in order to decide what services the client needs.
• Provides services to clients such as shampooing, cutting, styling, coloring and highlighting as desired.
• Emphasizes product benefits and assist clients in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs.
• Increase client retention by maintaining a consistent relationship and pre-booking appointments.
• Proactively develop new customers.
• Show willingness to grow and continue education and training to maintain knowledge of the current trends and techniques.
• Adhere to salon policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain the workstation clean, safe and organized.
• Clean and sterilize hair care tools regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Have flexibility regarding work hours, ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
