We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Aesthetic Hair Therapist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional hair and scalp treatments
- Conduct scalp analysis and provide suitabletreatment recommendations
- Assist clients with concerns such as hair fall, thinning hair, oily scalp,dandruff and scalp sensitivity
- Provide personalised aftercare advice and product recommendations
- Maintain strong customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Support customer retention, referrals and treatment package renewals
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment andtools are well-maintained
- Follow hygiene, sanitation and safety protocols at all times
- Assist with appointment scheduling, reception support and general outletduties when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hair or beauty-related role
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to precisely follow treatment protocols
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of hair and scalp anatomy, as well as the latest trends and techniques in natural haircare
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in hair therapy or cosmetology would be an advantage
