The Hair Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, leading the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily salon activities and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage appointment scheduling and staff allocation

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

• Ensure compliance with local health and business regulations

2. Team Leadership & HR

• Recruit, train, and supervise stylists and support staff

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching

• Create staff schedules and manage time-off requests

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

3. Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Handle client complaints professionally and efficiently

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

4. Sales & Financial Management

• Monitor sales performance and set revenue targets
