We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hair Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of talented stylists, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven ability to drive salon success through effective management and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage daily salon operations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and client services.
. Hire, train, and supervise salon staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
. Promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
. Monitor and manage salon performance goals, sales targets, and customer satisfaction.
. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.
. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations and licensing requirements.
. Oversee inventory and supply ordering, managing costs and stock levels.
. Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events to increase client base and revenue.
. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching.
Qualifications:
. Proven experience as a salon manager, assistant manager, or senior hairstylist with leadership responsibilities.
. Valid cosmetology license (required in most states).
. Strong knowledge of salon operations, hair and beauty services, and customer service best practices.
. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
. Proficient with salon booking and point-of-sale systems.
Preferred Skills:
. Business management or cosmetology education.
. Marketing and sales experience in a salon environment.
. Conflict resolution and team motivation techniques.
. Experience managing payroll, budgets, and performance metrics.
