Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate stylists and salon staff
Create and manage staff schedules, appointments, and shift coverage
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Handle client concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally
Monitor salon cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage inventory, supplies, and product ordering
Track sales performance, set goals, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Promote salon services, packages, and retail product sales
Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
Support marketing efforts, promotions, and social media initiatives
Previous experience in salon management or a senior hairstylist role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Knowledge of salon operations, booking systems, and POS software
