Job Summary
Lead salon operations with expert hairdressing skills, delivering technical and creative services while building strong client relationships and staying current with industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert haircutting, coloring, styling, and perming services including permanent waves, highlighting, and rebonding to meet client expectations
- Apply specialized hairdressing techniques to deliver both technical and creative hair treatments such as keratin treatments and perms
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and preferences, ensuring personalized service and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong rapport with clients through exceptional interpersonal communication and service skills
- Stay updated on current hair trends and styles to provide modern and relevant hairdressing services
- Pursue continuous professional development by learning new techniques and products to enhance service quality
- Manage salon operations effectively, ensuring smooth daily workflow and high service standards
- Work all scheduled days including weekends as required by salon operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a salon environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with hair treatments including keratin treatments and perms
