Role Description

The Gym Studio Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences at UBX Tanjong Pagar in Singapore. Responsibilities include managing and training staff, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining positive relationships with members, and collaborating with the coaching team to optimize member engagement. Additional tasks involve ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and up to the company's standards. This is a full-time, on-site role and requires proactive leadership and a passion for fitness.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, business development, and meeting membership growth goals
• Experience in customer service, relationship management, and client engagement
• Team management and leadership experience, including staff training and performance evaluation
• Strong organizational and operational management skills to ensure a well-run studio
• Knowledge of fitness trends, gym operations, promotions, and a genuine passion for fitness and health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals and teams
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales management software
• Prior experience in a fitness, wellness, or hospitality environment is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Weekends, to align with studio operations
