Role : Senior .NET Technical Lead
Experience : 4 - 7 Years
Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET/.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and driving technical solutions.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best coding practices.
- Experience with Azure, CI/CD, Microservices, and AI-assisted code generation is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise .NET applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application performance and reliability
