Guitar Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

. Conduct individual and group guitar lessons for children and adults

. Prepare students for graded exams, recitals, and performances

. Communicate effectively with students and parents to provide feedback on progress

. Work closely with fellow teachers and staff, and follow school policies and guidelines

. Plan and deliver engaging lessons using school-provided resources

. Motivate and guide students to develop musicality and confidence

. Assist in school events, concerts, and student activities when required

Requirements:

. Passion for teaching and helping students progress

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Responsible, professional, and able to work well with colleagues

. Willing to teach on weekends

. No prior teaching experience required (training will be provided)

. Teacher training will be provided by the school

Qualifications:

. Minimum Diploma in Music or higher

. Skilled in classical, acoustic, pop guitar, and ukulele

. Familiar with Rockschool, ABRSM, Trinity, or LCM exam syllabus (preferred)

. Fresh graduates in music are welcome to apply

Working Hours

. Part-time, mainly weekends

. Schedule to be discussed during the interview
