Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relationships with team members to ensure seamless operations.
• Greet and welcome Korean speaking guests professionally and warmly throughout their stay.
• Assist with luggage handling from arrival to guest rooms and during departures.
• Ensure a personalized guest experience by managing guest preferences through the property management system.
• Accurately handle guest messages, mail, and packages, ensuring timely delivery or secure storage.
• Stay informed on hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist guests with directions, transport arrangements, and service requests promptly.
• Escalate concerns and feedback from guests professionally, addressing issues within set guidelines.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments for efficient guest services.
• Provide operational support during hotel functions and events as needed.
• Ensure guests leave with a positive impression of the hotel's service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to maintain composure during guest interactions, even in pressure situations.
• Physically capable of handling luggage and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and appropriate grooming standards.
• Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean speaking guests.
