Duties and Responsibilities
. Attend to all guests check-in by confirming reservations, assigning room, issuing and activating room key.
. Attend to guests check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
. Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
. Attend to all guests requests and queries promptly, politely and efficiently.
. Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained to ensure guests satisfaction.
Requirements
. Previous Front Office experience in a similar environment will be an advantage
. Working knowledge of Opera is preferred
. Team player but also able to work independently
. Customer oriented with a pleasant disposition
. Able to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment
. Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday
