We are looking for an Guest Services Manager to join our team!
As an Guest Services Manager, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and Concierge
- Assist to supervise and direct the Front Office and Concierge team
- Ensure all guests are welcomed and assisted upon entering the resort lobby
- Ensure luggage deliveries, storage and collections are done promptly
- Engage with guests to ensure guest interaction is established as best possible and enhance their overall experience with the resort
- Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant experiences in the hotel industry, with knowledge in Opera PMS system, knowledgeable in the check in/out system and concierge processes from arrival to departure
- Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background or relevant experiences in hotel's Front Office operations
- Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travellers, as our resort is an international destinations
