Main Responsibilities
. To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
. Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
. To process check-in/check-out including luggage assistance and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures
. To provide information about hotel services and amenities
. To ensure all guests information are strictly confidential for use by authorized personnel only
. Attend to guest request and complaints and provide guest with feedback, when necessary to ensure guests satisfaction
. To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
. To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.

Requirements
. Secondary education
. A positive and keen to learn attitude
. Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
. Able to multi-task and detail oriented
. Good interpersonal and communications skills
. Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
. Competent in MS Office applications.
