Handle checking in and checking out of hotel guests in accordance with Hotel SOP

Monitor hotel room status on a daily basis and report status accordingly

Communicate with housekeeping on status of arrival and departure of guests

Accurately handle cash float, credit card charges and cash payments

Familiar with various types of booking and room categories

Handle hotel guest requests, feedback and direct request to appropriate departments

Book taxi and arrange wake up calls for guests
