- To assist in opening and closing of the restaurant
- To be updated on daily and seasonal food specials and enlighten guests accordingly
- To assist in the adherence of safe distancing measures for employees and guests
- To remember personal preference and needs of regular diners
- To be trained to manage Cashier system
- To work with management to provide efficient operation, utmost hygiene and cleanliness
- To provide high level of professional and warm dining service - you will be trained accordingly
- To interact with Guests in English or Mandarin whenever necessary so as to build goodwill and diner satisfaction
- To actively promote beverage sales to meet beverage sales target incl. proper sales and service of wines, champagnes, sakes etc
