Guest Service Executive
Salary: $2,800 - $3,200/month
Working Hours: 5 days/week, 44 hours
Location: Central Singapore
Working Days: Rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays
Available Positions
- Guest Service Executive - Guest Relations 9am to 9:30pm (rotating shift)
- Guest Service Executive - Concierge 7am to 1:30am (rotating shift)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints.
- Assist with check-in/check-out and cashiering duties.
- Maintain good guest relations and ensure a pleasant stay.
- Provide information on hotel facilities, attractions and events.
- Handle room enquiries and upselling where appropriate.
- Follow hotel security, safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and tidy work area
Requirements
- Customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented and pleasant personality.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
