Job Description:
Oversee service quality and deliver a high-end dining experience
Build and maintain relationships with VIP and key customer
Implement and improve service standards and procedures
Manage, train, and schedule the service team
Handle daily operations and customer feedback
Collaborate with kitchen and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor and improve service KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction, repeat visits)
Job Requirement:
At least 3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality (mid-to-high-end preferred)
Experience in fine dining or upscale Chinese restaurant is an advantage
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Team management and training experience
Fluent in English ability to communicate in Chinese-speaking environments to support business needs
Well-groomed with a professional demeanor
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
