Guest Relations Officer

Preferred Qualifications:

• Availability to work weekends (5-day work week, Monday - Sunday rotation)
• Background in luxury hospitality, premium guest experience, or VIP client servicing
• Experience in handling guest relations and service recovery
• Fluency in English proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Pleasant personality with professional grooming and composure

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience from admission to check-out
• Support the management of the Sales team to maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and service standards
• Handle client concerns, special requests, and service recovery matters in a timely and professional manner
• Support operational setup initiatives related to guest experience as required

Requirements:

• Diploma Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in guest relations, hospitality, hotel, or luxury service environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused, and confident in handling high-value clients
