Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist as the first point of contact for guests through phone, email, or online bookings
  • Attend to inquiries and direct them to the relevant department when needed
  • Answer calls, record reservations, and update booking details
  • Assist with POS transactions, ensuring bills are accurate before presenting to guests
  • Assist in set up of tables and service areas according to SOP
  • Attend to guest feedback politely and escalate to supervisors when necessary
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or restaurant settings is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge on commonly used reservations system
  • Flexibility and commitment to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
