Job Description

We are a PREMIUM confinement centre at near vicinity of Newton MRT/Downtown Line and we are seeking for anGUEST RELATIONS OFFICER to join us.

The Job requirement are stated below:

  • Good written & communication skills in English or Mandarin or both, proficiency in Korean language will be an added advantage to the position.
  • Works cohesively and respectfully within the department
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and attentiveness to details
  • Works well with a team and supports proactively
  • Prioritizes and organizes work efficiently
  • Self-motivates and with a positive Can Do mindset
  • Acts with integrity and high professionalism
  • Embraces and adapts supportively to changes
  • Self-confidence and charisma, able to engage in personal conversation with Guest in a professional manner
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.

Qualifications/Experiences

. Customer Relations experience is an added advantage, female preferred.

. Possess a well-groomed appearance and friendly personality

. Ex Airline Crew are welcome to apply

. Previous working experience in hotel, hospitality or travel industry are also welcome to apply

. Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred Experience
