Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional guest experience.
  • Assist in check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties in line with hotel standards.
  • Attend promptly to guest requests, feedback, and enquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service recovery when needed.
  • Manage guest communications including calls, messages, and mail accurately and courteously.
  • Drive room revenue through effective up-selling and securing optimal rates for walk-in guests.
  • Support and guide junior team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC in Hospitality or related.
  • At least 2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
  • Proficient in Opera system would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.

Other Information:

  • Location: Central
  • Working hours: Rotating shift (including weekends), 44 hours per week
  • Entitled to AWS, Performance Bonus
