Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional guest experience.
- Assist in check-in, check-out, and cashiering duties in line with hotel standards.
- Attend promptly to guest requests, feedback, and enquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service recovery when needed.
- Manage guest communications including calls, messages, and mail accurately and courteously.
- Drive room revenue through effective up-selling and securing optimal rates for walk-in guests.
- Support and guide junior team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC in Hospitality or related.
- At least 2 years of Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
- Proficient in Opera system would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- Working hours: Rotating shift (including weekends), 44 hours per week
- Entitled to AWS, Performance Bonus
